At Dynasty Denim, we strive to provide high-quality denim that fits like luxury and feels like comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All sale items, custom pieces, and distressed denim are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • To start a return, please contact us at [your customer service email] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund based on eligibility.
  •  Custom or distressed denim cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
